Steps up to the front door open into a large first floor open-plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room with panoramic views over the harbour on one side, and of the Bass Rock and beach on the other.

The sitting room has TV, video, CD player, a Scandinavian-type gas fired stove, and a double sofa/bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, two fridges and a microwave.

Also upstairs are two of the four bedrooms; a twin room and a single room with bathroom between (WC and bath with shower over).

Downstairs is a double room (with rope-hung bed), a small double room (with 4' bed) and a shower and WC. There is also secure storage for golf clubs etc. with access from street level.

Linen and towels are provided and there is a washing machine with drier. Gas and electricity are included in the rent.
